Window Watching

Thats better just let me look out the window!

My Favorite Spot . .

This is Samantha Jane. She loves sitting on the end of the couch & hanging off the arm so she can look out the window. Or just look at me taking her picture:-) She is a long hair mini dachsund. She was a country girl who is adjusting very well to life in the "big city"!!
And I didn't think I could do this!! Very glad for 2.0! Was so much easier than I thought it would be.

Now What??

So today I brought my digital camera with me. I have had it for probably 8 months now, Have about 80 pictures on it & am totally clueless on how to get them into the computer!!! Of course when I purchased my camera I did get a good name brand - well I think its a good one - hoping on a very intense instruction manual. The instruction manual is on line. Needless to say I have yet to venture on line to get it but now looks like I need to!!! Next?? Post with pictures:) We'll see I'm not so sure . . . .

I guess not being allowed to play for the "toys" does have its advantages!!!

By George I think I Did it!

Although I really don't want to set myself up for a let down ~ I do think I have successfully used flicker to add a picture on my blog, giving credit to the person who actually took the picture & are all in the correct order . . . or at least I hope so. Tomorrow the camera comes......How scary is that! Its fun to learn new things:-)

Its been a very long day.....

Ask & Ye shall receive!

Where oh where has my editing tools gone...

OK they were on this page & now they are gone. I have checked to be sure I have the setting set correct but no tools. Any ideas?? I guess Technology is also a challenge for me!

7 1/2 habits . . my thoughts are:

Of course the easiest has to be to play. I have always been a firm believer in incorporating play into any learning - & as I have done staff trainings in the past you make it fun & people are more apt to take away from it what was intended. Of course you also must know where to draw the line. The hardest for me would be to view problems as challenges. Let me tell you life Has thrown me so many - many curve balls & the only thing I have learned is I HATE curve balls!! There have been of course the occasional smaller learning experiences - I think we all have those. OK enough of that. One last thing THANKS Edie ~ This blogs for You:-)
